It’s very unlikely that you are going to be disturbed or scared by snakes, insects and bugs. Yes,
the African savanna is home to all kinds of snakes and insects, but you rarely see them and if that happens, you most likely see from a safe distance. The lodge manager on arrival can instruct you further. In a dry, cool, often sunny areas like ours, bugs and insects are not likely to play a major role in your safari. During the rains, insects and bugs temporarily multiply. But you’ll certainly see more elephants and lions than snakes!
